Admission Criteria

  • Medically Stable
  • Neurologically impaired
  • Minimum Rancho Scale of 6
  • Require Structured Supervision, daily phone calls, weekly visits
  • Staff services customized to program
  • Age 17 and older

Expected Outcomes

  • Safe and supportive environment
  • Increased personal and life management skills
  • Demonstrate increased independence
  • Decreasing supervision with structured environment

Rules as a Client

  • Zero tolerance for Drug and Alcohol abuse
  • Appropriate behavior with staff
